DERBY COUNTY FOOTBALL CLUB - PRIDE PLAZA
Derby County Football Club wishes to carry out a prestigious development adjacent to
Pride Park Stadium to both enhance the location of the stadium within Derby and to
provide a new focal point for the Pride Park area. Signet Planning was retained at the
outset of the project to advise on planning strategy, the content of the application and the
timescale over which success should be achieved to maximise the use of the club's land
resources.

OAK HOLDINGS PLC - THE YES! PROJECT
On behalf of client, Oak Holdings plc, Signet's involvement in this project was to coordinate
and advise on all planning and environmental aspects surrounding what will be
the largest tourism project in the United Kingdom, relating to the development of
significant areas of land within Rother Valley Country Park for a major themed leisure and
entertainment complex (the YES! Project).

ROTHERHAM UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB - NEW STADIUM
Planning permission was secured for a new 12,000 capacity community football stadium on brownfield land allocated for employment development adjacent to Rotherham’s town centre, enabling Rotherham United Football Club to return to the town, having spent the previous three years playing their home fixtures at the Don Valley stadium in neighbouring Sheffield.

The co-ordination of the planning strategy and submission of planning applications to establish a new class leading facility for West Nottinghamshire College, together with a business park on a site at Rushley Farm in Ashfield, and the redevelopment of the college's existing site for housing at Derby Road, Mansfield.
