NORTHERN TRUST - OLD SWAN HOTEL, HARROGATE

The Old Swan Hotel is one of the most prominent hotels in Harrogate and is situated within a large curtilage close to the centre of the town. The hotel owner, Northern Trust Company, wished to invest in a new office development to the rear of the listed hotel.
