Signet Planning's office serving the Midlands opened in August 2008 and is based at Strelley Hall, just off junction 26 of the M1 motorway between Nottingham and Derby. The office is very conveniently located to serve the Midlands region and establishes Signet's presence in the area where historically the company has carried out a large number of successful planning projects. Signet is actively involved in the issues of housing development in conjunction with the Regional Spatial Strategy; major commercial development in a number of the cities within the Midlands region as well as sporting and education based projects.

PAUL STONE | REGIONAL DIRECTOR

The director heading the Midlands office is Paul Stone Bsc(Hons) DipTP MRTPI. Paul was Head of Land and Property at a local authority in the Midlands before joining Signet and has brought his significant experience of the planning system and detailed knowledge of the region to Signet Planning. Paul is supported by a team with specialist experience and knowledge of matters such as housing, retail impact, education and environmental impact assessments. stonep@signetplanning.com
